Yes, every Peacock Embroidery thread is certified by ISO 9002 and approved by SGS inspection.

Yes, if your total order is $250.00 or more. You may qualify for our valued customer discount.

Is there a minimum order required?

No, you may order as much or as little as you need. We would encourage you to buy more, so you may save more on Shipping and Handling.

How will the product be shipped?

Normally products are shipped using USPS (Priority Mail) and UPS. If you want your goods to be shipped over night at your expense we will be able to fulfill your requirement.

How long will it take for me to receive my item(s)?

That depends a little on where you are located and how close that is to a distribution center.  The average order arrives at its destination within 3-4 days.
